- 1 cup (140g) frozen pineapple chunks
- ⅓ cup (80ml) coconut cream
- ½ cup (120ml) pineapple juice

Prepare your blender:
Use a high-speed blender for a smooth, creamy texture. A powerful blender like a Vitamix is ideal. -
Add ingredients:
Place the frozen pineapple chunks, coconut cream, and pineapple juice into the blender. -
Blend until smooth:
Blend for 30–45 seconds until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy. -
Pour and garnish:
Pour the mocktail into your favorite glass. A snifter glass adds a nice tropical touch! -
Serve immediately:
Enjoy your drink right away while it’s cold and creamy.
Notes
- For the creamiest result, make sure your pineapple is fully frozen.
- Coconut cream, not coconut milk, gives the best richness and texture.
- If your blender isn’t high-powered, blend in short bursts and scrape down the sides if needed.
- You can garnish with extra mint, a pineapple slice, or even a paper umbrella for fun!
